XCMG has integrated technological innovation and development to create a series of products that represent the most advanced technologies in China and around the world. These include a 2,000t all-terrain crane, 4,000t crawler crane, 12t heavy-duty loader (the largest in China), 100m aerial fire truck (the highest in Asia), and fourth-generation intelligent road construction equipment, all of which have been hugely influential in the global construction machinery industry. XCMG currently has 2,156 valid registered patents, including 164 patents of invention, and has developed more than 100 domestically manufactured products. As part of its commitment to implementing the “Going Global” strategy, XCMG has established a product sales network that covers more than 183 countries and regions and set up more than 300 XCMG distributors overseas to provide users with comprehensive marketing services. XCMG's annual export value has exceeded US$ 1.6 billion, and it has maintained its place as the industry leader by export value for 27 consecutive years. Today, XCMG enjoys the leading market share in nine types of machinery and three types of basic components. XCMG is also the biggest domestic exporter of five types of machinery and the world leader in terms of sales volume of crane trucks and heavy-duty road rollers.

XCMG is a champion of righteousness and justice, takes an active interest in public charities and welfare, adheres to a green and environmentally friendly philosophy, and always fulfills its solemn promise to exceed market expectations and contribute to social progress. To date, XCMG has donated more than 160,000 articles of clothing and nearly RMB 70 million to earthquake relief and reconstruction funds of various types as well as the construction of public welfare facilities like the XCMG Project Hope elementary schools. It also won the Achievement Award for National Accredited Technical Center, National Award for Progress in Science and Technology, and the 14th National Quality Award, as well as honorary titles including the National Exemplary Enterprise in Technological Innovation (the first batch in China and the first one in Jiangsu Province), National Advance Grassroots CPC Organization, and Meritorious Enterprise in Equipping China. Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG and Secretary of the XCMG CPC Committee, was bestowed the honorary title Meritorious Entrepreneur in Equipping China.
